This box includes everything in the 3kg Everyday Venison Box plus a boneless roasting joint and a selection of venison haunch steaks, perfect for Christmas.
Your box will include at least 5kg of Arran Venison.
Our sausages contain pork and one of our roasting joints contains bacon.
Venison can be used for a more sustainable and leaner alternative to beef in the kitchen. Because venison is a lean meat, you will need to add additional fat to roasts when cooking.

Christmas Venison Box
We created Wild Isle Venison out of our love for the deer. Our first and foremost priority is, and always will be, the wild herds of deer.
Our work honours the deer that are harvested in order to protect the natural landscape - a vital and unavoidable part of forest regeneration.
We believe that this process should strengthen the local food chain, but sadly it rarely does, because the rural areas that deer are wild-harvested from are usually very remote and lack the infrastructure to process the meat.
That is why we created Wild Isle Venison. We are a local couple who got tired of local venison being so hard to get hold of. Together we have the big dreams and butchery expertise to make a difference. We are excited to be able to process venison in small batches, by hand in our micro-larder in Brodick, Arran.
We dream of sustainable, local food that has a positive impact on the environment. Venison is exactly that! If deer numbers are just right there is a positive impact on the slowly regenerating ecosystems of Scotland. Ultimately, this improves the health of the deer herds themselves.
